MS Biostatistics or Master of Science in Biostatistics is a two-year postgraduate degree program. Master of Science in Biostatistics program will teach students biostatistical methodologies for research design, data analysis, and statistical reporting for scientific and general audiences. This Biostatistics degree will prepare students in key areas such as data management, statistical reasoning, the interpretation of numerical data for scientific inference in studies in medicine and public health, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with scientists and other public health stakeholders from various disciplines.

Graduates of the Biostatistics program are prepared to work as statisticians in a range of professional settings, including government, academia, healthcare, and business. In addition, students are trained in quantitative PhD programs in public health, such as biostatistics and epidemiology.

  • The aspiring students must have qualified for their Bachelor's degree or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
  • The candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in their Bachelor's.
