M.Sc Information Technology or Master of Science in Information Technology is a Post-Graduate Science program dedicated to providing knowledge of programming, and implementation of common data structures using OOP principles in C++ and ADTs. Information technology (IT) is the acquisition, processing, storage, and dissemination of vocal, pictorial, textual, and numerical information by a microelectronics-based combination of computing and telecommunications. This Information Technology course covers an in-depth analysis of Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, and Graphs.
The duration of an M.Sc in Information Technology is mostly two academic years, but it may vary from institute to institute and may be provided on a part-time basis by certain institutes.
M.Sc Information Technology Eligibility
- The candidates should have completed a Bachelor's degree, i.e., a B.Sc degree from a recognized University
- Bachelors should be done with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics as main subjects
- Should possess a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or above at Bachelors level
