Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights is a postgraduate Human Rights Law course. Intellectual Property Rights refers to several distinct types of creations of the mind for which a set of exclusive rights are recognized. Under this law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets of human’s creations. The course comprises three theory papers in First Semester and two theory papers in Second Semester. P.G.D. in Intellectual Property Rights is a one-year time span course and may be provided by some institutes on correspondence basis as well. The Diploma course provides many jobs after its completion.
