International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi was established in 1981 in collaboration with IMI Geneva (now IMD, Lausanne). IMI is India’s first corporate sponsored Business School with sponsorship from corporate houses like RPG Enterprises, Nestle, ITC, SAIL, Tata Chemicals, BOC and Williamson Magor etc. Over a period of time in the last 28 years the Institute has acquired a truly global status. The Institute received UNDP assistance for promoting internationally oriented management education. Besides this it has also various other international linkages with bodies like World Bank, UNDP, ILO, UNCTAD, Asian Productivity Organization etc. To provide a global perspective to the students, the Institute’s flagship two year Post Graduate Programme in Management has a student exchange programme with various European Schools such as ESC Rennes, France, MIP School of Management France, Graz University Austria, IESEG School of Management and IDRAC Lyon, France etc. Besides this IMI is one of the empanelled Institute of the Ministry of External Affairs, GOI, for special Commonwealth Assistance Programme under which the Institute gets the executive MBA students from various Afro – Asian countries for its 15 months Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management. IMI follows international standard curricula in its programs, which has been enriched by its academic collaborations with International Institute for Management Development (IIMD), Lausane (erstwhile International Management Institute, Geneva); Faculty of Management, McGill University, Montreal, and Manchester Business School, U.K, which prepares participants to successfully manage and lead in an increasingly global business environment. IMI’s educational programs have been recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. The corporate world in India, public, private, multinational companies, international consulting firms and other organizations have employed its alumni who are rightly called, the Achievers. IMI is registered under section 12A (a) as a trust under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The income of the Institute is exempted under section 80G and 10(22) and for research under section 35 I) (iii) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as an Institution solely for educational purposes. The institute also offers a full range of custom-made in-company programs, and Management Development Programs (MDPs), all geared to enrich creativity and ability to manage in a dynamic global environment. The Institute also has an active research and consulting base viz: Centre for Managing Innovation and Technology and Centre for Social Sector Governance to enhance the body of knowledge. IMI's two year full time and three year part time Post Graduate Programmes were accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), AICTE.

CMIT - Centre for Management of Innovation and Technology is a network organization that works with government and business agencies in the field of innovation and technology management. CMIT has a set mission of assisting the industry in building international competitiveness. They outline just how important it is in today's world to be effectively capable of managing technology for growth and engender innovation for meeting the challenges. Although the activities of the CMIT will be relevant to the client organisation, the learning will be industry wide. The range of programmers and activities under the CMIT banner cover the following: research, publications and, database maintenance; capacity building through education and Training programmers; network building; consultancy services; creation of an innovation and technology management. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) awarded a 3 year project on 'National Competitiveness in Knowledge Economy' to IMI with IIT Chennai, IIT Roorkee and National Productivity Council as partner institutions.
CSSG - Centre for Social Sector Governance plays a catalytic role and helps in achieving the objectives through: Research in Social Sector, Policy Research and Advocacy, Partnership and Agency Development, and fostering national and international network with counterparts engaged in social development issues relating to rural development, poverty alleviation, health care management, family welfare and child development, ecology and environment, water resources, elementary education, gender issues, and informal sector.
Centre for Market Solutions to Poverty - The Centre at the International Management School, New Delhi aims to provide an apex platform for coordinated response to the opportunities and challenges at the BOP. The focus would be on integrated business solutions, enabling public policy response, civil society action and development cooperation activities of the multi-bi agencies. Hostels - The modern aesthetically designed residence at IMI forms an integral part of the academic and social life. Besides promoting group study and learning outside the classroom, the residential accommodation also enables participants to optimally utilise IMI resources like the library and computing facilities with internet and intranet available in all the hostel rooms. The residence provides students with excellent mess facilities, well-furnished rooms and recreational facilities including a modern air-conditioned gymnasium. The Amphitheatre is the venue of most social activities such as “Kritva” the annual management festival of IMI, India. Rooms are furnished and allotted on a double occupancy basis. Preference is given to outstation or foreign students on a first - come - first - served basis.
Classroom & Auditorium - The Amphitheatre is the nodal point of campus life around which the academic block, residence and recreational facilities are located. The centrally air-conditioned academic complex consists of spacious lecture halls, the Tata Chemicals Computer Centre, BOC Conference Room, RPG Auditorium, Williamson Magor Library, Faculty Chambers and Administrative Offices. All lecture halls have access to latest presentation equipment such as DLP Multimedia Projectors, Lap Top Notebook Computers, Electronic Copy Boards, OHP Projectors, Internet and Intranet Connectivity and a State-of-the-Art Sound System providing for a unique/wholesome complete classroom experience.
Computer Centre - The Tata Chemicals Computer Centre has Five servers (IBM, HP) with Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Linux as the operating environments. The campus has a network of more than 400 plus computers, which is Wi-Fi enabled to ensure mobile computing at all locations including hostel rooms, amphitheatre and canteen. The campus has a 6 mbps, 24-hour high-speed internet connectivity. IMI Campus has two exclusive high-tech computer labs. These computer labs are equipped with more than 100 (HP) computers having latest chip-set with TFT monitors for on-line classes and practice sessions. Two high-speed laser printers and one A-3 Colour DeskJet printer are available for printing jobs. Online assessment software is installed on the network for grading, online feedback, online quiz, and online attendance. The students, staff and faculty have been provided with Login to access the software anywhere in the campus to view student performance. Each faculty member is provided with HP Intel Centrino laptops for mobile computing and a LaserJet printer. All research associates, secretaries, library, accounts and administration staff is provided with an Intel Pentium based personal computer.

WMLIS - Williamson Magor Library & Information Service has a stock of about 19500 volumes covering not only aspects of management and business, but also related parts of economics, accounting, finance, the behavioural sciences and information technology. Moreover, there is a substantial collection of reference books (including directories and year books). The 199 periodical titles subscribed to by the WML are vital sources for academic research and up-to-date business information. A number of daily and weekly newspapers from different parts of India and abroad are also available. Back copies of these are available in printed forms.
