IILM Institute for Higher Education was established in 1996. It has a faculty strength of more than 80, has two state-of-the-art campuses at Lodhi Road and Gurgaon, follows a curriculum which is benchmarked against the global best. It has, in addition, a highly proactive internationalization program for student exchange and an equally strong placement program for the graduating students. the three elements in IILM logo combine a book, a swan and a lamp. Facilities such as basketball courts, parking spaces add to the convenience encouraging the focus only on education and learning. Accommodation - Hostel is Managed by Institute & is Mandatory for Outstation Students and Optional for Local students. Housing expense (subject to change) is INR 60,000 p.a for Standard Services with only 1 meal (Lunch) per day .No Lunch is served on Sundays & Holidays.

Library - IILM institute has a extensive recourse centre which provides the latest and most up-to-date reference materials, reports, books, thesauri, audio visual material, macro and micro documents both in paper and electronic formats. The library is equipped with reference as well as issuing facilities and has a capacity to seat over 100 students. Strategically located plug points enable laptop usage, along with subscriptions to prominent business newspapers allow for complete research and information availability. IILM’s library is open to faculty, visiting staff, international faculty, and its students thus, ensuring the needs of all are met satisfactorily.
IT - It provides it students and staff, a fast speed wireless network ensuring that students can access all important updates at their convenience. There is inter connectivity between the campuses at IILM allowing for video conferencing, data sharing, etc. The computer lab at IILM is also well equipped with up-to-date computers for easy usage by students.
MDPs And Conferences - In today's super efficient global markets, where competing firms have equal access to capital goods and information, development and growth is threatened if managerial efficiency is not improved. In such a scenario, it is imperative that practising managers must develop skills for shareholder value creation and to build their own global knowledge. To facilitate this process, IILM Institute regularly organizes management development programmes for corporate managers and senior officials. IILM invites eminent professors from the world's well known universities to conduct MDPs on campus. They offer a wide range of latest management ideas relevant to the industry and also help us to build relationship with wider industry.
Research And Development - Research is an essential ingredient of any academic system. The faculty at IILM Institute takes up research (both fundamental and applied) and case studies in business corporations, both individually and in association with national and international organizations.The Institute takes up consulting assignments for corporate bodies with the objective of improving contemporary management practices. Consultancy work also involves preparation of project proposals, monitoring mechanisms, baseline and end line surveys, project evaluations, impact assignment documentation for project formulation and policy issues.
Transport - The Institute provides transport facilities to students commuting from different parts of Delhi and NCR.
Dining - Providing a place to relax and de-stress, the dining area at IILM is the hub of all social activities. Located at the basement of the institute, it offers a full meal to its students at reasonable prices. The meals are offered both, to the staff as well as the students and are prepared fresh daily. Those looking for a lighter snack can head to the cafeteria which is located just outside the main building. Air conditioned, with sound systems and plug points in place, it offers the students a wide variety of snacks and drinks.
Student Exchange Program - IILM provides opportunities to students in getting valuable international exposure through the 'Student Exchange Program'; under which students can go to the partner universities for an academic term during their post graduate course. Similarly, students from the partner institutions visit IILM. Students, under the exchange program, receive credits for the courses taken abroad but receive degrees from their respective institutions. Presently IILM has tie ups with ESC Montpellier - France, Grenoble Graduate School of Business - France, Burgundy School of Business - France, Shanghai University - China etc.
Campus Safety - The security personnel at IILM are trained to allow only individuals with approved identity inside the campus. The cars are given IILM stickers to ensure the easy recognition of staff and students. Fire alarms and extinguishers are placed strategically in and around the campus.
Alumni - IILM Institute has strong Alumni Association, a registered body of graduates of the Institute, and an Alumni Office headed by a professor-in-charge.
