The Institute made a beginning by introducing the MBA (Full Time) and MBA (Part-Time) programs, and BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), an undergraduate program in management discipline in the very first year. Under the ambitions plan to increase the number of programs to cover the diverse areas of professional education, the Institute has also started programs like MBA (International Business), MBA (Advertising and Public Relations), MBA (Marketing Management), MBA (Personnel Administration), MBA (Financial Administration), MBA (Foreign Trade) - Integrated and BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications). Prestige Institute of Management and Research is Ranked among the Top BBA Management Institute, B-Schools in India for BBA & Autonomous Institutes in India. Prestige Institute of Management and Research academic complex consists of spacious Lecture Halls, fully equipped with necessary teaching aids, Computer Lab, Convention Hall, Electronics Lab, Library, Administrative Office, and a Students Activity Space. The premise is accessible and spacious, making the campus serene and pleasant. The campus incorporates sixteen spacious classrooms each with a capacity of accommodating 60 students at a time. The Institute is a recognized research center of Devi Ahilya University for offering Ph.D. Program in management studies. Symbiosis International Education Centre (Deemed University) has also recognized some of the senior faculty members of the Institute as supervisors/guides for its Ph.D. Program.

Location - It is located in a prominent area of Indore adjacent to Bombay Hospital, 6 km from both Railway Station and Bus Stand and 4 km from Palasia-Tilak Statue.

Facilities
Hostel - The Boys Hostel consists of two sitter and three sitter rooms, which are spacious and well furnished. The hostel is located at a distance of about 1km from the Institute. The Girls Hostel is located in a posh civil area which is at about five minutes' walk from the Institute. The locations are safe and well connected to the city by public transport.
Library - The Institute has a well-equipped spacious library with around 21,000 books and reports/monographs on a large variety of management, computer applications, and allied subjects. The library remains open for twelve hours on all working days. The Institute subscribes to 195 Research Journals including 23 Foreign Journals regularly. A large number of newspapers and magazines are also procured for use in the library. The Institute has a collection of 103 Encyclopaedias and Dictionaries covering a voluminous amount of information. The Institute is developing its e-Library facilities and is also an Institutional Member of DELNET Capital Market and Down to Earth which provide an access to the database of Articles, Research Papers, Catalogue of Periodicals, List of Serials, Video Recordings, etc. Through The Word Wide Web. PIMR Library has an e-library that subscribing to ESCOB produces access to editions of periodicals including journals, magazines, and industry databases. The library has computer terminals with a multimedia kit, internet, and e-mail facility. The Books Database has information on 15,773 books in a bibliographic form which is updated regularly. The Research Projects and Summer Training Reports Information Database contains up-to-date information about 3,995 Research Projects and Summer Training Reports completed by students of the Institute. Complete with subject indexing, the Articles Information Database contains bibliographic information and articles selected from core Journals subscribed by the library.
The Library provides the following services:
Electronics Lab - The Institute is endowed with a well-equipped Electronics Laboratory to provide knowledge of electronic circuitry and computer hardware to students of Computer Applications. After practicing in the laboratory, students can comfortably design internal circuitry, and develop assembly language programs and hardware components of a PC. The laboratory has equipment like logic gate trainers, 4-bit ripple counters, multiplexers, demultiplexers, left and right shift registers, 8085 microprocessors, frequency generators, and cathode ray and oscilloscopes among others. Students are trained here to design circuits like word comparators, converters, encoders, decoders, etc. Students learn about mod-counters, ring counters, sequential and combinational circuits, and assembly language programming using various gadgets. Exposure to practical supplements their theoretical knowledge, thereby giving them a better understanding of their subjects.
Computer Lab - PIMR Computer Lab is well equipped with computing resources to cater to the academic needs of the Institute. The Institute is Wi-Fi equipped and the computer lab has 120 terminals. The lab is available to the students for more than 12 hours a day. All students, therefore, passing out from the Institute are thoroughly competent to handle computerized systems and packages adopted by industry and business houses today. Since PIMR has integrated computers into the learning process, many courses offered at the Institute use appropriate computer-based models. Students are also provided adequate internet access. Faculty members of the Institute have been provided with Laps.
Audio-Visual Section - The Institute has an Audio-Visual Section with 358 CDs comprising the latest films, both Indian as well as foreign, in the area of management. The collection also subsumes audio-visual material relevant to ics of management and allied disciplines that help in teaching the students more effectively.
Centre for Human Resource Development - The Institute has a Centre for Human Resource Development to help Business houses in Developing their human resources. The Centre has been conducting training programs for the executives of all levels to facilitate the Organization to overcome the problems related to human resources. For Exposure to management discipline and updating of knowledge, Executive Development Programs are designed and conducted on different themes. The Institute has conducted unit based/in-house training programs for leading business houses in the country, such as J.K. Corp Limited (Lakshmi Cements Division) at Jaykaypuram, Bajaj Auto Limited at Aurangabad, Grasim Industries Limited at Nagda and Jodhpur, etc. The Institute also offers consultancy services to industries and business units through its faculty, especially in the areas of production, finance, marketing, human resource management system and typical problem areas of general information. The Institute has already provided consultancy to Computer Science Corporation India, Directorate of Distance Education - Pondicherry University, and Aegis School of Telecommunication.
Centre For Holistic Management - The Institute has a Centre for Holistic Management to channel insight into a holistic vision of management. As the First milestone under this Centre- A seminar on Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility: Emerging Issues was organized on April 9, 2005. The Second National Seminar on Holistic Management: Indian Versus Western Ethos was held on November 19, 2005. The Seminar has Successfully Presented a perspective on holism and an ethical vision of management and business practices.
Assessment Centre - The Institute has an Assessment Centre to facilitate an individual in knowing his/her strengths and weaknesses. Besides this, the youngsters are assisted in choosing their career based on their aptitudes and interests. The facility of personality assessment is open to students as well as executives.
Academic Forum - This is a unique feature of the institute that provides an opportunity for each faculty member to share his/her thoughts and academic views. Academic forums are held every fortnight to arouse and sustain the academic ambiance in the institute.
Case Bank - The Institute is developing a Case Bank for facilitating the faculty in procuring cases on various topics. Besides having a collection of 566 cases from various from sources, it also include the cases for classroom teaching and training programs developed by the faculty of the institute.
Faculty & Staff Club - PIMR has a faculty Club as well as a Staff Club, which celebrates birthdays and organizes farewell parties and outings to facilitate the development of fraternity amongst all members of the PIMR Family. The Employees of the institute are sensitive to social issues and have always come forward at the time of nation disasters and calamities. They voluntarily donated one days salary to Mumbai Deluge Relief Fund, Gujarat Earthquake Relief Fund, Orissa Relief Fund, and Kargil Fund in the past.
The Placement Cell - It provides students with the resources and skills, necessary to pursue their career goals. The Cell is responsible for establishing contact with various organizations and arranging interviews, Industrial Visits and Summer Training. It functions under the Chief Placement Officer who is assisted by a Sr. Placement Executive and a Counsellor. The Institute takes adequate care in getting its students placed without reducing the Placement Cell into an Employment Bureau.
