Eshan College of Engineering was established in 2009 and is spreaded over 11.52 acres. Eshan College of Engineering serves those students who are interested to pursue their careers in Engineering. It was established with the aim to constantly develop the excellence of education, raise the aptitude of our students, to facilitate & embark upon a successful career. It not just caters the academic excellence but also empowers its students with immense exposure, qualified pedagogy, excursions, competitions, internships, live projects, and extracurricular activities. Recently again in session 2021-22 Final Year students of Eshan in their last semester performed excellently achieving 99%+ success rate in AKTU exams. Nevertheless the First Year students too achieved 100% success rate. Besides this the Hi-Tech Laboratories at Eshan equipped with latest machineries and well qualified lab instructors upskill our students in the practical domain.

Effectual Training

Eshan has an independent Training Cell comprised of an enthusiastic team of 12 Faculty Members who constantly strives for effectively providing industry centric training programs for our students from the very first year up till their placements. The cell in association with our Training Partners MSME, ICT Academy, FACE & Jobaaj Learnings arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshops etc and it also organizes Private & Public Sector Exam Training for students. Organizing the seminars & workshops by the professionals from relevant industries really help our students to be upgraded.

Value-Added Certified Courses

Apart from a well-focused education & training, Eshan College of Engineering & Management has focused prominently on upgrading the skills of its students thus introducing several Add On Courses which makes our students more proficient & professionally sound. Students can choose as many as they want to go with as per their future requirement from the vast list of Value Added Certified Courses-

Industrial & Practical Exposure

To bridge the gap between theoretical training & practical learning, Industrial visits are arranged frequently for our students latest being to Central Footwear Training Institute by the Engineering Students.

Equipped with labs and the training tools, Eshan works on a systematic education imparting approach which relies on practical exposure. Eshan focuses on the practical aspects of the study topics and helps students extract the most from a lesson. Eshan's ties with various corporate companies and the resultant workshops and webinars have been driven by the companies; also ensure that students are given proper exposure in the relevant field.

Incubation Centre: The Innovative Spirit

For its students, Eshan created a workspace to facilitate startups and new ventures to nurture & grow with access to the resources they need. Incubator centre at Eshan is dedicated to assists young student entrepreneurs in developing their business idea and solving problems associated with it, especially in the initial stages, by providing an array of business and technical services, administrative support, training, lab facilities, advisory, initial seed funds, network and linkages. Several students of Eshan are on the way to become Entrepreneurs because of this initiative by the College. The recent projects undertaken are’ Smart Hand Sanitizing Device’ & ‘360 Degree Urban Rotating Vehicle’.

Co-curricular Activities

Cultural and co-curricular activities are an integral part of day to day life of a student at Eshan. Exhibitions, Seminars, Debating, Group Discussion, Public Speaking, Talk shows, Storytelling, Experiments, Projects, Quizzes and Completions are all interwoven into the fabric of our educational experience that compliments the academic domain of the students.

The College has initiated an IT club, the ‘TECHTREK’ which is led by students and is managed by exceptional students of Eshan who are brand ambassadors of tech companies like HackerEarth, deeplearning.AI, Coding Elements etc.

Eshan also has a robotics club, named CIRCUIT BREAKERS which promote and trains students in the field of Robotics starting from the very basic like Arduino and Raspberry Pi to the advanced levels.

Various professional webinars are also conducted frequently in the college by Experts in the fields of cutting edge technologies like Data Science, Machine learning, Cloud Computing, etc.

Sports & Games

At Eshan, Students are encouraged to take part in sports activities for enjoyment, relaxation and exercise, and also as a positive aid to their educational development and the formation of their sense of self-worth. Eshan provides its students a striking sports complex comprises of Cricket & Football grounds, Volleyball & Badminton courts, Boxing zone and indoor complex for Table-Tennis, Chess & Carrom.

Good Job Placement is the goal of a student turning into a professional. The Dynamic Placement Cell at Eshan always comes out as the facilitator in providing the best deserving Job opportunities to our students through Campus or Off Campus placement drives. We have been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the years and the fact that our students bear the recession blues with record breaking placements itself is a testimony to our quality. In association with our Placement Parters- AKTU Industry Interface Cell, National Career Service & Jobaaj even in this phase of pandemic Eshan has successfully placed 95% above students in various companies with the average Package of Rs. 3.5 Lacs through several Campus Placement Drives.
