Programme Over View
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a 2-year, full time programme approved by the AICTE. NDIM is accredited by National Board of Accreditation, Govt. of India and enjoys MBA equivalence from Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The Programme is designed to sustain all round excellence and provide an in-depth understanding of key functional areas of Management covering Marketing, Finance, Production & Operations Management, Human Resource Development, Information Technology & International Business.
The programme focuses on integrated development of individual and collective spirit, to enable the students in effectively adapting to the realities of the corporate world and proactively responding to the challenges arising in the globally changing environment. The two year full time Post Graduate Programme comprises of four semesters. The first two terms focus on Foundation and Application aspects of management and the last two terms focus on Specialization and Integration with global developments in different areas of management.
In addition, the curriculum includes regular assignments and live projects, summer internship and an end term research project. During the stipulated period for the course the students have to participate in “Self Development Leadership Laboratory (SDLL)”, which is a unique concept floated by NDIM, for developing and inculcating managerial & leadership skills amongst students on voluntary basis.
Eligibility
*A Bachelor's Degree(10+2+3 or 4) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grades.
* Candidate with business experience will be given additional weightage in the selection process.
* Candidates appearing in the Final year exams can also apply

Summer Training
Each student is required to undergo 8-10 weeks of summer training at leading corporate by undertaking a project of direct relevance to the concerned organization. It should be noted that summer internship is an essential requirement for award of the PGDM (Marketing). At the end of the summer training students are required to submit summer project reports and undergo viva-voce on their projects.
