Amity School of Engineering and Technology (ASET) Noida was established 2003. ASET is a part of the Amity University under the Ritnand-Balved Educational Foundation. The Amity School of Engineering aims at imparting world class technical education in the country. The Institute covers the land area of 60 acre campus of Amity University, Noida. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi for its 4 year B.Tech. programs. Amity school of Engineering provides courses at the UG as well as PG level within the Engineering stream. The Institute has 60 number of Laboratories / Workshops. It also provides M.Tech. (CSE) Weekend Programme apart from the above mentioned Programmes. The Institute is having high class Faculty including Professors, Readers, Lecturers, etc. Amity is also having visiting Faculties from well known Institutes and Universities.

Corporate Interaction - The interaction with the Corporate world is achieved through Corporate Resource Centre which ensure that students have the maximum interaction with leaders from the corporate world.

Activities:

• Guest Lectures - Weekly Guest Lectures by industry professionals on a specific topic or issue related to corporate world are conducted in which Industry Professionals are invited as Guest Speakers. Some of the Lectures given by International Gurus include - Tom Peters, Ms. Patricia B. Seybold, Sir John Frazer Robinson etc.

• Industry Visits - Industry Visits are organized to give students a first hand approach on how world class organizations operate. The interaction with industry experts, touring of factories and facilities helps students to relate the theories they have learnt.

• Seminars & Conferences - Amity has been actively involved in promoting management excellence through organising and being academic partner of various national events. Amity faculty members and students benefit immensely by participating in these events.

• Placements - Amity provides Placement facility to the students through Corporate Resource Centre. The Centre is a whole dedicated team which works together with the Student Placement Committee to ensure that the best companies come to campus. Amity has one of the most advanced online recruitment system which is regularly used by HR heads. The award winning recruitment brochure is sent to more than 2,000 HR heads all across the globe.

• Amity on TV - To ensure proper visibility for the Institutions and to increase the interaction of the Institutes with the outside world, The Institute associates itself with TV channels. The School is associated with channels like CNBC and Zee TV.

Publication - Amity has conducted ground breaking and innovative research in various spheres, which the industry is using to its advantage. The research has been facilitated by the various Centers of Excellence and the faculty, which has been very prolific in publishing books, articles and papers on topical issues.
