Introduction

Diploma in Fashion Journalism is designed to assist students in developing communication skills and to understand the various functions of fashion media, such as fashion writers, fashion critics and fashion reporters. The course not only traces the history of fashion but also helps the student to relate it to the current fashion trends.

The work of a fashion journalist is varied which includes writing/editing articles, formulating and styling fashion shoots. Hence, the course imparts the core skills needed to carry out photo shoots, layout fashion spreads for magazines, the art of interviewing, presentation, blogging and many more.
