Sasi Creative School of Architecture, the operative word is ‘Creative’. We subscribe to the idea that creativity is the single factor that distinguishes the leader from the herd. What we seek to do bring creativity into play as part of the learning process. It involves two processes: thinking, then producing. Innovation is the production or implementation of an idea. If you have ideas, but don’t act on them, you are imaginative but not creative. It is the process of bringing something new into being…creativity requires passion and commitment. Everything starts with an idea. A thought, a concept, a spark of imagination can trigger the mind to set course on a journey of discovery across uncharted waters.

We believe, any endeavor, any learning system needs must embrace the creative quotient to ignite the innate creative spark that lies dormant in all of us. Architecture is not only about big buildings, complex designs and plan implementations. It is also about aesthetics. It’s about bringing a creativity and innovation into play. It’s about looking at space as a canvas on which you create a work of art. Today, the division of knowledge and expertise between the fields of architecture and engineering that served so well in the industrial age is passé. The digital age calls for resources that bring in creative contact between design and research across fields and disciplinary boundaries. In fact, digital age practices demands flexibility and enterprise that takes the field of architecture into newer and more challenging areas.

 

Infrastructure:-

 

The Sasi Creative School of Architecture is housed in the Sasi Creative School of Architecture campus. The environment is designed to enhance ones creativity by allowing individuals to interact with natural environments to understand the simple and fundamental laws, thereby initializing the wisdom to create solutions that are sustainable and progressive. It is well equipped with state of the art infrastructure such as Digital Classrooms, Studios, Art rooms, Conference room, Computer Lab, and Student Lounges. There is a full-fledged library with over 500 books and journals, all of international caliber.

 

The campus holds other amenities such as student-lockers and cafeteria. The campus is located at Mylierpalayam, 18 kilometers from the centre of the city of Coimbatore. It is only 25 minutes away from the main railway station, 25 minutes to the Airport. The supportive environment at the campus encourages you to achieve the highest standards and reach your potential. Our course teams can really help you develop and push your creative boundaries.

Admission:-

 

Students with a good academic record and creative ability can apply for the course

 

The minimum requirements for admission are: +2 students of PCM discipline (or) Diploma in Architecture (or) Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years) with a minimum pass score of 50% and NATA test score of 40% minimum. Merit list will be prepared, candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview and selection will be made
