Mysha Skills Academy Pvt. Ltd. has been registered as a Vocational Training Provider under five sectors notified by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and is also affiliated with Tourism and Hospitality Sector Skills Council (THSC) which is recognized by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). MSA skills academy was founded with an objective for providing training and upgrading the skills across various sectors of industry so as to achieve a peaceful, harmonious and healthy life for all cross sections of society.

MSA is one of the professionally managed multi-skilling centre imparting vocational training through a step by step focused approach including student mobilization, application of acquired knowledge in doing real work environment, institutional and industry linkages, updated curriculum customized to the market requirement.

About Mysha Skills

Mysha Skills Academy has been established with an objective to provide skill oriented training courses, based on MES courses and Sector Skill Council programmes subsequently include more courses in curriculum of academy.

According to one of the Research conducted by The Government of India which has revealed that a huge gap exists between supply and demand of productive manpower availability in India. Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India report has estimated that 522 million skilled manpower would be required across various sectors by 2022 .To meet the rising demand of skilled manpower ,present infrastructure available is not sufficient, hence Government has planned through its focused training modules and involved the private entrepreneurs to implement Government initiative in this regard.

The gap which has been brought up by the research conducted by Government of India is to be filled by having more skilled manpower in our industrial sector. So that we can match the trained manpower of other developed countries. On achieving this trained work force will be more productive and efficient.

MSA is one of the professionally managed multi-skilling centre imparting vocational training through a focused approach which starts from counseling the youth about the skill which they require for better employability, subsequently a structured training module followed with classroom study and practical training through the work shops.MSA will also put their whole hearted efforts in finding out the placement in the industry after the completion of the successful training and receiving the passing out certificate from Government of India/Government of Delhi/National council of vocational training (NCVT)/Directorate general of employment and training (DGET) and Sector Skill Council which is recognized by National Skill Development Corporation. (NSDC)
