Since its inception, Assembly of Christ Academy (ACA) has helped underprivileged children access their right to education. “Live, Learn & Thrive” - A vision to educate everyone has been an integral part of our global philanthropy program. We empower the students to face the needs of growing corporate world with assurance and conviction.

Economic growth has the indirect potential to alleviate poverty and making employment opportunities available is just as important as increasing income and access to basic needs. United We Win, Divided We Fall! Thus in order to eradicate the poverty as well as to improve lives of the underprivileged children, we must unite towards helping children on the path to better education.

ACA has initiated Free Employability Training Program (ETP) for unemployed and underprivileged youth to increase the employment opportunities for them at different parts of West Bengal where demand for employment is high and needs to be addressed. The target is to train and develop their employability skills along with computer literacy and English speaking abilities. In this program, candidates are trained on job-specific and industry-specific skills.

Even when the world economy is showing a sluggish growth with uncertain employment prospects, the fastest growing hospitality industry is heralding a pivotal change in career options with an exciting variety of career choices thereby increasing the scope and future prospect of hospitality and tourism industry. ACA is committed to making people, especially rural youth employable, in this rapidly changing economy, ensuring livelihood and also contributing positively to the labour force.
