About The Vedica Scholars Programme

The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is designed to prepare women with potential to achieve fulfilling careers. A unique alternative to the traditional MBA, it is an 18-month, full-time, residential, postgraduate programme. Its re-imagined curriculum is carefully crafted for women to navigate professional challenges in the 21st century.

The Programme has courses under four tracks - Management Practice, Liberal Arts, Thinking & Communicating for Impact and Personal Growth & Leadership. Vedica offers world class faculty hand-picked from leading academic and professional institutions across the world such as Stanford University, IIM Bangalore, Boston Consulting Group, Max Healthcare, and many others. The month-long ‘Shadow a Woman CEO’ programme, an integral part of Vedica, offers a distinctive opportunity for each Scholar to work closely with and learn from an accomplished senior woman professional. The Programme also comprises a series of mentorship programmes, classroom learnings, seminars and facilitated discussions which help Scholars discover their authentic styles of leadership. Vedica is committed to grooming benchmark professionals. To that end, it offers thorough placement support and guarantees a career of distinction to every Scholar, based on her interests and skill set.
