This Mahatma Gandhi College of Education established in 2002 (A unit Of ACMT Group of Colleges, Running Under Mind Power Education Society) The aim of this institute is to mold the teachers who are empathetic, imaginative towards the teaching career and are guided by the principle of ethical and social responsibility towards the students. The main aim of the college is to meet the ever growing demand of the state for well qualified and experienced teachers to instruct education to all without the distinction of caste, creed color and race.

The college encourages its faculty to indulge in applied research in the field of education ranging from creative education in all subjects so that the teacher is in a better position to impart knowledge.

The college comprises of the one of the best faculty of the state holing the highest degrees in their respective fields, thus giving the college it credibility. Mahatma Gandhi College of Education established in 2002 to provide value based education with excellent infrastructure for professional courses. We have sincerely attempted to nurture this dream over these years and today we are one of the leading group of Institutions in the Northern India. The group consists of four institutions offering professional education in 2 diversified areas. We have created an infrastructure to provide best facilities to the learners and trainers for effective learning. We have created a culture where we are always open to adapting latest technologies and upgrading over facilities. We have also laid a lot of emphasis on the intellectual capital of our College and may boast of a very rich faculty strength not only in terms of numbers but also quality.
