NEPEDS College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (NCPS) has been established in the year 2020. It is established under the auspices of Northeast Practical Educational Development Sanstha (NEPEDS). Right from its inception, NCPS has the vision of catering to the needs of industry and society at large in terms of the human resource by introducing the apt educational courses. The main aim of the institute is to transform and redefine the educational process in order to create a new system that is able to produce a new generation of professionals. We strongly believe that quality is the only engine of success and efforts are made to see that quality is maintained at institutional and academic levels. Pharmaceutical field is evolving day by day and contributing more and more to the wellbeing of the society. The Pharmaceutical Industry is growing by leaps and bound and every day new developments with respect to the pharmaceutical technology are evident. A Pharmacist plays a pivotal role in the health care profession as his role is expanding from a dispenser to a researcher and a patient counsellor. The Institute is equipped with the best infrastructure to prepare students to become a successful pharmacist. To train the students in such a way that they can convert their innovative ideas into attainable and practical models to meet the growing demand of pharmaceutical industry. To make the student more competent and resourceful, faculties of the Institute have developed many approaches such as handouts, charts, computer programs & models to make the student understand the complicated subject concepts. We have highly dedicated, qualified, enthusiastic and exceptionally brilliant faculty to ensure the betterment of students in every aspect and to uplift students of rural areas specially form north-eastern part of India.
Affiliation and Approval:
For admission to the Pharmacy courses, the student must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology individually.
Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
