- Personal Mastery for Development Leadership builds up the spirit of curiosity, courage and compassion in students by creating a safe space for teams to flourish and thrive.
- A 2 week immersive field component on Realising India to help develop the students’ understanding of people’s lives at the district level, preparing them to design interventions.
- A unique Context-Based Collaborative Learning (CBCL) pedagogy enables students to understand the contextual realities and complexities of the social sector through working one-on-one with experienced bricoleurs.
- 12 Harvard Business Publishing Courses covering management topics such as performance measurement, business plan development, strategy planning and execution, and more.
- Live interactions with eminent speakers from the sector all through the year to help the students debate, discuss, pause, reflect and learn.
- Specially curated workshops covering a range of topics from Group Dynamics, Radical Transformation Leadership (RTL) to future forward workshops on Networks, Partnerships, Fund Raising, Project Management, etc.
- The Development Management Writing Centre equips students with the skills to communicate effectively (write, tell and present) using language that is specific and appropriate for the social sector.
- A mix of courses in Development and Business Management Fundamentals like Financial Perspectives, Strategic Innovation for Social Change, Operations Management for Quality and Impact, Marketing Management, CSR, Behavioral Science, etc.
- Special capstone project during the final term which focuses on scale and sustainability and consists of live projects with client organisations, thereby integrating learnings of the previous terms.
