Marudhara Academy

Mahe College of Global Excellence is not an addition to the present row of colleges but a new model of higher education which would not only facilitate students to attain higher scores in university examinations but also stimulate them to reach the pinnacle of success in various competitive examinations. This college has been established to develop profound understanding and infallible skills to live in this hectic world with dignity. We intend to make the graduates of MAHE to be responsible towards the society, family and himself.. He/she must have volition to make the world a better and pleasant to dwell.

The Marudhara Academy is a non-profit making, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under the Rajasthan Societies Act 1958 (Reg. No.101/JPR/90-91 FCRA No. 125560100198). The Academy is devoted to promote and accelerate the ecological environment and socio-economic status of the rural masses and urban poors through its action-oriented programmes and academic studies. The Academy, over the years, has disseminated its activities in various parts of Rajasthan through its well-organized motivation programmes of education, environmental awareness, rural employment, rural sanitation and vocational training. Besides, it has also conducted academic and field studies in sustainable development of over-exploited areas to accelerate their process of economic and ecological development. The Academy, with immense success has conducted awareness programmes, self-employment trainings, restoration of eco-degraded sites and prognostic development of rural society.

The Marudhara Academy, since its inception has laid emphasis on socio-economic surveys as a necessary pre-requisite to undertake action-oriented programmes and further to evaluate them amongst the beneficiaries. Evaluation of irrigation systems in arid and semi-arid ecosystems, social and topographical determinants in the development of agriculture systems, human settlements, afforestation programmes and effective irrigation systems are some of the prime studies successfully completed by the researchers of the Academy. The Academy has the core team of proficient researchers, University professors, planners and executors, drawn from a mosaic of various disciplines who with their expertise and dedication have conducted various scientific studies, training programmes and seminars to inspire the people and create awareness for 'eco-friendly' use of surroundings.

We do not want graduates of our colleges to face unemployment. Instead, we intend to make them strong with our quality degree courses so that they can face any challenges in life. In MAHE, the focus is on providing the students with practical knowledge of books. Our dedicated teachers have a long profound experience of teaching in competitive classes and their attitude is that of a practical trainer rather than a preacher. MAHE is the abode where all questions regarding careers can be answered.

'MAHE' cherishes the vision of creating a new generation having a scientific temper and progressive outlook. MAHE is a college which has a concept of higher education with an emphasis laid on all round development of today youth. It adopts an interactive approach to teaching which would enhance creative thinking, analytical findings, and effective communication skills in English as well as in Hindi.

We Aim To

• Providing quality education and fulfilling the catering needs of future Identify, understand and analyze environmental issues in problematic areas to promote 'eco-friendly' economic development and to ameliorate environmental problems of the specific areas for sustainable development.
• Encourage the rural masses to develop ways and means for the attainment of long term sustainability in respect to water and land resources.
• Harmonize human relationships with environment by disseminating traditional environmental protection programmes among the females, children and adults to secure self-confidence for economy and ecology at the local level.
• Focus academic, intellectual and pragmatic efforts for optimal utilization and renewal of natural resources, with a fair compatibility to demographic dynamism.
• Create ample opportunities for sustainable resource utilization at the level to develop the society equitably and to be prepared adequately to combat the vagaries of nature.
