List of Gazetted Holidays 2017

There are certain Holidays which are known as Gazetted Holidays. These Holidays are declared as per the circular issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. Gazetted Holidays have a great significance amongst both the Employers and the Employees. This is the time when they can schedule their Holidays, Functions, Events and Chores in advance. In the List of Gazetted Holidays for 2017, there are certain consecutive dates on which one can schedule any of their activities. Consecutive gazetted holidays fall in the month of August and the dates are 14^th (Monday) and 15^th (Tuesday) precedded by Saturday and Sunday. Then in the month of October, 1^st (Although a Sunday) and 2^nd(Monday) are Gazetted Holidays.
