Distance mode admission in Jamia Milia Islamia from June 1st

The jamia Milia Islamia  University, Delhi will start admissions for its 20 different programmes on the distance mode from June 1 2011. According to the Jamia  officials the details will be made available along with the prospectu that can be  obtained from the university office during working days.

The university is offering both regular and professional courses, in its undergraduate courses. Among the popular courses are Bachelor of International Business, Finance, B Ed and Bachelor of business studies. Other undergraduate courses includes BA and B Com. The university is also offering nine post graduate courses which includes MA in English, history, political science, Hindi, sociology, public administration, and M Com.

The university is also offering six diploma and certificate level courses on distance mode. While admission to most professional courses is based on entrance exams, other courses are offered on merit basis.
