Common Med Entrance 2012 - National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Under Graduates not a possibility

Under the prevailing circumstances, it seems that neither the undergraduate nor the postgraduate exam for medical admissions may take place next year.

The Health Ministry had submitted an affidavit in the Supreme Court (SC) due to the resistance from some states.

However, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has informed that it will conduct Medical Entrance Examination in 2012, only for 15% all India quota for undergraduate seats.

The preliminary examination will be conducted on April 1 and the final examination will take place on May 13.
