Five students of Taaleem College of International Studies (TCIS), which is part of the Taaleem India group, have been selected for the Global International Labor Organization (ILO) Youth Employment Network (YEN) mentorship program, which provides a platform for budding entrepreneurs to learn from e-coaches with education and experience the world over.

The students were selected through a multi-staged selection process which put their entrepreneurship inclination and vigour to test in different ways.

In the one year programme which has been started, the young entrepreneurs from TCIS have been assigned a global e-coach, with whom they will be connected to get guidance on their business plans, funding options and pitching their business ideas.

In addition to e-coaching, the five students will receive support and advice from other entrepreneurs using YEN Marketplace Working Groups.

Another very effective aspect about the programme is ‘The Forum for Entrepreneurs’ where students will be able to seek advice from other entrepreneurs on marketing, management, finance, import and export, etc.
