Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM-I) will hold common admission test (CAT) 2013 for admissions to the management programmes for the academic year 2013-14.
A meeting of IIMs directors was held recently wherein the responsibility of conducting the examination was given to IIM-I for the first time, said IIM-I director, N Ravichandran.
Ways to improve quality of the test and make it free of technical glitches were also discussed during the meet. The notification will be out in September 2013. The pattern will be on the lines of the test held in the previous year.
Each year the task to conduct CAT examination is given to different IIM on the rotation basis. Last year, the responsibility was given to IIM- Kozhikode.
