IIM’s ready to Offer Degree replacing Diploma to its Students

Most of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are more than willing to offer degrees instead of prevailing diploma’s.

The IIM Act that will help India’s premier Business schools to offer degrees and not diploma’s which is currently opposed by the IIM Ahmadabad Director, Samir Barua and some members.

The IIMs at present offer post graduate diplomas in Management, which is equivalent to that of an MBA. However a lot many top universities require applicants to hold a post graduate degree and not just diploma’s.
