The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will organize its second International Summit in the Patna in December 2013 with an agenda of creating awareness among students regarding health, wellness, life skills, gender sensitivity and value education.
All schools affiliated to the CBSE can register, on or before November 30, a delegation of four students and a mentor to participate in the event.
CBSE is also organizing a regional summit across 14 centers in India between September and November. The event would be held at Delhi Public School in Patna. According to CBSE Patna officials, the aim of the summit is to develop a sense of self-confidence, eco-sensitivity and right approaches to life processes, health, well-being and gender among the students.
For the regional summit, the schools should register via the online registration form http://www.expressionsindia.org before August 30. The registration charge for each school is Rs 20,000, he said.
