Allahabad high court on Thursday directed the counsel for Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) to produce experts' opinion on the subjects of General Knowledge and Law in a sealed cover. The court further directed him to inform how many questions of the above subjects have been cancelled/deleted. The order assumes significance in the light of the fact that the main examination of PCS (J), 2013, is scheduled to commence from September 28.
Passing the above order, a division bench of Justice Rajesh Kumar and Justice Manoj Mishra directed to put up the case on September 25 for next hearing.
The petitioner's counsel demanded that the petitioners be permitted to provisionally appear in the main examination, which is going to commence on September 28.
