Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's short visit to Panjab Univeristy has been confirmed by V-C RC Sobti.PM  will inaugurate multipurpose auditorium to be built at the cost of 50 crores in the university campus along with attending a special convocation arranged for awarding Doctorate in Law degree to him.
