CBSE 12 Students allowed to get their Answers Rechecked

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to allow Class 12 students appearing for the ongoing board exams 2014 to get a copy of their evaluated answer sheets for recounting of their marks, and in case of any discrepancy, they would seek re-evaluation as well, said the sources.

Not only this, students can also seek re-evaluation for any specific question for which they doubt to have not evaluated correctly. The facility will completely be online — right from availing a copy of the answer sheet to requesting for re-evaluation.

Last year, under a Supreme Court ruling, the Board had provided photocopies of answersheets to the candidates who requested for it.
