IIIT Delhi B.Tech pass out bagged Rs.71 lakh annual pay offer

The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi has successfully concluded its placement session for the academic year 2017-18 with Qualcomm and Goldman Sachs emerging as the biggest recruiters for the graduating batch.

This year, MTech CB and MTech CSE registered a 100 per cent placement record while BTech CSE, BTech ECE and MTech ECE registered 94 per cent, 89 per cent and 84 per cent respectively, as reported by NDTV.

A student from BTech landed the highest-ever overseas pay package of Rs 71 lakh during the campus placements conducted this year.

Further, a total of 106 companies offered full time and internship roles during the IIIT D placement process.

Average salary package:

• The average salary package at the campus was Rs.14.78 lakh.
