NEET 2019: Take exam in home state

All the NEET 2019 students have a good new for them. The Union Human Resources Development Minister, Prakash Javadekar has announced that all the NEET aspirants would not have to travel outside their state for appearing in the exam from next year.  NEET 2019 test centres would be set up based on the requirement.

Over 1,000 students from Tamil Nadu to travel to other states:

This year, a large number of students from Tamil Nadu were allotted examination centres in Kerala, Karnataka and Rajasthan, causing a lot of outcry in the state.

Tamil medium students were given Hindi question paper in TN:

Nearly 100 Tamil medium NEET aspirants were given question papers in Hindi at a centre in Madurai and they were later provided with the Tamil version after a delay of about three hours.

Increase in the number of cities:

The minister said this year the numbers of cities were increased to 150 from 107 in the previous years for the exam.
