Sparkrill International School - SIS

Sparkrill is the first International School started by the Sarvahitha Educational Society with an intention to offer international education to the children of Warangal and the neighbouring districts. It is spread over 20 acres, which is in the educational campus of SR Engineering College of 150 acres at Ananthasagar which is 14 kilometres from the heart of the city on the Waranagal - Karimnagar highway. SIS is known for its Infrastructure and bagged the best Infrastructure award. It is planned in such a way that the children get associated with nature and feel a part of it. So SIS is a G plus one construction with spacious classrooms and various playing fields.

Facilities

Multi Amenity Classrooms

SIS classrooms have only up to 25 students. To encourage enthusiastic interaction between teacher and pupil, The teacher can also supervise and guide students individually. Every classroom has a computer; with internet connectivity and interactive whiteboard.

Library and Resource Centre

The SIS Library is a learning area where students and teachers have access to a wide range of resources in different formats in order to meet their teaching and learning needs. The collection includes prescribed textbooks, popular fiction, newspapers, magazines, desktop computers, reference materials, CDs and DVDs. These collections and services of the Library are aimed at developing students reading and research skills thereby helping them use these skills in their subjects. Resources and services are constantly updated to ensure current and relevant material. Reading is important and needs to be developed in the early years of schooling. Keeping this in mind, the school has various festivals, displays and activities organized from time to time.

Health & Wellness

The Health & Wellness centre at SIS has fulltime nurse and has the facility of a doctor on call. The main criterion of the Wellness Centre is the development of a comprehensive health programme, including liaison with local specialist doctors for routine health checkups and emergencies. A School counsellor is available for early intervention and pastoral care support. The students are counselled individually on regular basis.

Sports & Games

SIS focuses on the holistic development of the child and for that, it gives equal importance to various sports, apart from yoga. It has very spacious grounds with all the facilities and specialised coaches for the following games.

Transport

The school runs its own buses for all the children. The vehicles are regularly maintained for safe travelling. The drivers are trained in safety measures and each bus has a helper to assist with any other necessities. The buses have the additional support of all the staff members travelling by the same transport.
