Bethany Convent School

Bethany School in Guwahati, the capital of Assam State, was established on January 15, in the year 2000 with 16 students in the KG section. Sr. Pushpa Joseph BS was in charge of the school. The school is situated in the Kamrup district of Assam State in the Archdiocese of Guwahati.

Each year a new class is added. Over the years the School has grown in number and today the school has reached Class IX with 478 students on roll and 18 staff. Sr. Rosia BS is the Headmistress at present. The School is affiliated to Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA).

In another two years time, it will be a full fledged secondary school and the students will pass out with the basic secondary school certificate.
