Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School - Patti

Chief Khalsa Diwan, the famous Sikh organization established Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School, Patti in 1976. Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School, Patti a pioneer institute of the region, is situated at Bhamniwala Road, Garden Colony, Patti. The foundation stone of the school was laid by the great Saint Baba Kharak Singh ji on May 1, 1976. Great contributions were made by S.Hardeep Singh Ji Greenkot by donating land for the school. Under the relentless efforts of S. Baldev Singh Ji Chohan, Paramjit Singh Ji Ahuja & S.Sarabjit Singh Ji, Members Incharge & Principal S. Amarjit Singh School is gaining momentum in every field. At present, it has grown into sprouting complex spread over seven acres of land. It is a co-educational institution and has classes from Pre-Nursery to 10+2.

The school continues to provide the traditional, very high standard of education which has been respected and sought after by past generations. The sprawling complex is modern, attractive and well equipped. It comprises 153 fully furnished, well lighted and well equipped classrooms, well equipped Science laboratories (Phy./Chem./Bio), Mathematics lab, two computer labs with internet facilities, multimedia lab, two art rooms, AC pre- nursery wing, toy room, one music room. The school has stocked library with more than 5000 books. These are quite spacious and designed to meet the complete range of student’s needs.
