Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School - Mehal Jandiala

Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School, Mehal Jandiala was established in 1983, in the village Gurdwara premises. It was shifted to its present site in 1990. Now the school is affiliated to P.S.E.B Mohali up to X Std. This school is situated near Chetanpura, on Fatehgarh Churian road Amritsar. The school covers an area of 2 acres. It consists of 18 well ventilated class rooms. A well equipped Science lab and Computer lab are there to give practical knowledge of the subjects. A spacious library has been provided to update knowledge of the students. The objective of this school is to provide quality education to the children of this backward rural area with an affordable fee structure. Special emphasis is laid on high standard of morality, sikh religion and its history and culture. Year after year, the school has been showing excellent results in 10th std board examination. To fulfill the basic needs of students, school has provided a water cooler, generatora canteen and a school van etc.
