Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School - Nawan Pind

Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School, Nawan Pind, Amritsar, was established on February 22, 1996 under the aegis of Chief Khalsa Diwan Charitable Society on the blending territories of Amritsar and Gurdaspur districts near Border area. Founded on the name of Sri Guru Harkrishan Ji, 8th Guru of Sikhs, it is one of the premier institutions of the region. Despite being located in remote area, this institution has won laurels in many fields. It is the first institution in the region to be affiliated to the Central Board of SecondaryEducation, New Delhi under the talented and able guidance of its Members-in-charge S. Waryam Singh and Dr. Sukhwinder Singh Walia.
