Facilities

Computer Labs

The School has two computer laboratories with 10 computers in each lab accessible to students. It has the advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software which cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum. The school is equipped with a dedicated broadband Internet connection for enterprising students get a chance to be familiar with the Internet. They do comprehensive research for their projects and presentations. The department has qualified committed teachers to teach different classes at different levels i.e. Primary, Secondary. The faculty members make continuous efforts to see that the students must get expertise in the practical implementation of tools they have in their curriculum.

Students The Information Technology curriculum has been planned in such a way that the students of classes III to VIII will get exposure to various technologies and software.

In the primary section, the students are trained to use basic softwares like Windows, MS-Office (Ms-Word, MS-PowerPoint, Ms-Excel etc.). Along with this, they get exposure to computer programming at the elementary stage through computer languages like LOGO and Q-Basic in order to improve their logical skills.

Digital Classes

Education is every individual's birthright and should become available from the best of teachers, anywhere, anytime. Also, every child has a fundamental right to get a quality education in primary, secondary and higher secondary studies, irrespective of location, cast, gender, language & economic levels.

Introducing a revolutionary concept for the first time in Buxar called as "Digital Class".

These classes will be beyond the traditional methodology of books, notebooks, slates, and pencils; school syllabus education only through the means of digital content.

Developed 1026 interactive multimedia content titles for all the standards viz, Std Nursery to 8th for English and Semi-English mediums of all subjects.

It includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Science, History, Civics, Geography, Economics, Languages, grammar, Information Technology as well as the Virtual Lab

Students of all groups and standards will learn through this digital content by enrolling in the digital class

Objective of Digital Class

Use the advances of the internet, software, and technologies to provide quality education to every student of every class from primary, secondary and higher secondary groups at an extremely affordable cost.

Why Digital Class?

Scarcity of good teachers in the schools especially in the rural area.

Unavailability of computers & the internet in every student's home due to affordability

Lack of quality education even in the private coaching classes

Not enough labs available for practicles especially for science subjects

Teachers are not able to provide personalized attention towards every student due to increased no of students

How Digital Class Works?

Digital Class will be provided with the authorized digital content of std 1 - std 10

Digital Class administrator will schedule various batches of min 45-50 minutes for the entire day

Students will visit the class as per their suitable time to study through the digital content

The center administrator/instructor will open the appropriate subject's content in front of the student as per his standard & subject schedule

Student will go through the content of subject/chapter & will learn

Student repeats the chapter/session as many times, till he understands the topic/chapter

Also, the student will be able to solve various question papers and play games based on the subject

Admission Procedure

• Paras School of Holistic Learning is a Minority Institution and hence the management has the right to admit and retain students in this school according to its policy, in conformity with the provisions and instructions issued by the appropriate authority from time to time (A right granted by the constitution of India and upheld by the Supreme Court of India in the context of RTE).
• Boys and girls are admitted to LKG of Paras Kid zone. Students between the age limit of 3 years 6 months to 4 years 6 months only are eligible for admission in LKG.
• In the case of casual vacancies in any other class, information regarding its process will be given in February before the beginning of the new academic session.
• Admission is taken only at the beginning of the academic session. There is no admission in between the academic session after the admission process is officially closed.
• The whole information and process of admission are done online through the website (www.theparas.in) as well as offline through the Office of the school. All candidates applying for admission are subject to a process of selection.
• A candidate for admission, who has attended a recognized school, cannot enter without the School Leaving or Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. Date of birth cannot be changed once the child has been admitted to the school.
• Parents and guardians are warned that admissions are made strictly according to the guidelines prescribed by the Governing Body of the School
• Any pressure for admission by the offer of a donation, letter of recommendation or influence of any nature will automatically disqualify the candidate for admission to any standard.
• Admissions are done solely by the Management, based on the overall merit of the applicant. Furthermore, no individual connected with the school or otherwise is authorized to accept any emoluments in lieu of admission.
