You can submit the Registration Form online at www.sisbhopal.edu.in, download from the website or collect from the School Counter. The payment, as well as the submission of documents, can be done online through website or school counter. Parents need to complete all the details in the Registration Form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

• Copy of Latest Report Card
• Attested Copy of Health Card by a Registered Doctor (Prescribed Format Attached)
• 04 Recent Passport Size Coloured Photograph (Student)
• 02 Recent Passport Size Coloured Photograph (Parents)
