2. Core Courses (Workshop)
   • Study of Town (9 Weeks)
   • Preparation of Master Plan (6 Weeks)
3. Elective Courses (Theory) (Each Student to Opt One paper)
   • Urban Landscape Planning & Design
   • Planning for Urban Utilities
   • Basics of Architecture & Building Construction
   • Urban Design & Conservation

Semester – III

1. Metropolitan Planning & Development
2. Urban Design & Conservation
3. Urban Project Management
4. Urban Environment Planning & Management
5. Urban Planning Legislation
6. Planning Practice
   • Site Planning for an Urban Area (Other than Residential) (7 Weeks)
   • Preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR)(7 Weeks)
   • Internship * (4-6 Weeks)

* Internship done after the second semester (during summer vacations).

Note: Education Tour to be conducted for two weeks during third semester and its daily dairy & report to be submitted and evaluated in the fourth semester.
