About Darul Huda Islamic University - DHIU

Darul Huda Islamic University is an Islamic affiliating university at Chemmad in Kerala in India. It was established as an Islamic Academy in 26 June 1986 and then upgraded into an Islamic University status on May 10, 2009. It is also a member of Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World as well as it is the member of League of Islamic Universities. There are 19 affiliated undergraduate colleges spread over different states of India. The university provides Islamic generation with well-equipped and modern tools of knowledge.

Darul Huda Islamic University Facilities

Hostel Facility - The University has four large three-storied buildings devoted for classrooms and for accommodation of both students and faculties. Both the classrooms and bedrooms are strategically planned and each 6 bedrooms are attached with one teacher’s bedrooms to ensure the moral life of students.

Library Facility - The University has a well equipped Library named with Dr. U. Bapputty Haji Library, which is a spacious building huge collection of books and references.

Sports Facility - The University has good playing grounds such as three badminton and Volleyball grounds for the sporting of students.

Medical Facility - The University provides the students free first aid treatment. It has opened two Cells under the Medical Board of the University.

Darul Huda Islamic University Jami Masjid

There is the Grand Darul Huda Masjid with a 12,600 sq ft area; it is located in the university main campus. The three-storied mosque has both accommodating and worship facilities simultaneously for the students.
