University of Calcutta Invites Applications for Admission into PhD in Russian Language

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into its PhD Programme in Russian Language for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

• Who have a Master’s degree in Russian or any other qualification considered equivalent thereto.
• Candidates who have passed M.Phil. /NET in Russian or equivalent examination are exempted from the written examination and will need to appear at the viva-voce only

• Filled in forms are to be submitted at the office of the dept. of Languages after payment of Rs.100/-at the C.U. cash counter.

Important Dates

• Last date for submission of application form is: 23^rd Jul, 2014.
• Research eligibility test on: 28^th Jul, 2014.
• Viva-voce will be held on: 12^th Aug, 2014.
