Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into the following courses for the academic year 2018. 

Group – A: Selection by Entrance Exam

Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

• 6 Years (including 1-year Internship)
• Eligibility marks: Applicants must have passed in HSC or Pass in D.Pharm.
• No. of Seats: 30
• Tuition fee Rs 1,50,000/- 

B.Pharmacy

• 4 years
• Eligibility marks: Applicants must have 45% marks in the aggregate in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 60
• Tuition fee Rs 1,00,000/- 

B.Sc (Nursing)

• 4 years
• Eligibility marks: Applicants must have 45% marks in the aggregate in HSC in PCBE (40% for SC/ST).
• No. of Seats: 100
• Tuition fee Rs 1,00,000/- 

BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology)

• 4 Years (including 1 year Internship)
• Eligibility marks: Applicants must have 50% marks in the aggregate in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 40
• Tution fee Rs 1,25,000/-

B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic)

• 2 Years
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have passed Diploma in Nursing.
• No. of Seats: 30
• Tution fee Rs 75,000/-

Group-B: Selection by Interview

B.Sc (Sports & Exercise Sciences)

• 4 Years (including 1 year Internship)
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have Pass in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 30
• Tution fee Rs 50,000/-

BPT

• 4 ½ Years (including 6 months Internship)
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have Pass in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 50
• Tution fee Rs 75,000/-

B.Sc (Allied Health Sciences)

• 4 Years (including 1 year internship)
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have Pass in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 75
• Tution fee Rs 1,00,000/-

B.Sc (Biomedical Sciences)

• 4 Years
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have Pass in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 40
• Tution fee Rs 75,000/-

B.Optom (Clinical Optomerty)

• 4 Years (including 1 year internship)
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have Pass in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 30
• Tution fee Rs 1,00,000/-

B.Sc (Emergency & Trauma Care Technology)

• 4 Years (including 1 year internship)
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have Pass in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 25
• Tution fee Rs 35,000/-

M.Sc Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology (5 years Integrated)

• 5 Years (including 1 year internship)
• Eligibility mark: Applicants must have Pass in HSC.
• No. of Seats: 05
• Tution fee Rs 1,25,000/-

Eligibility Conditions for entrance exam

• Applicants must have studied in a recognized School and Passed HSC Exam (Academic Stream of 10+2 curriculum) of any State Board/CBSE/ISC (or) any other exam recognized as equivalent thereto, with the group of subjects specified below and obtained the minimum eligible marks prescribed by this University.

• Applicants who are appearing for HSC (+2) or equivalent exam in March/April 2018 are also eligible to appear for the Interview.

Age limit

• Applicants should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2018; date of birth entered in the Mark Statement of HSC/CBSE/ISC or its equivalent exams or in the Birth Certificate or Passport shall be taken for computing the age of the Applicants.

Important Dates

• Last Date for Receipt of filled in Application 31^st Mar, 2018

• Processing of Applications & Issuing of Provisional acceptance letter to the selected candidates from 01st week of April 2018 onwards

• Date of Final Admission & Commencement of Classes: 02nd week of July 2018

Selection Procedure

For Group-A

• Selection will be made on merit, based on the marks secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by this University on All India basis

For Group-B

• Selection will be made on the basis of the marks secured by the Applicants in the Interview

Prospectus and Application Form

• By post from the Registrar on requisition with a Demand Draft (DD) for 600/- drawn in favour of “Sri Ramachandra University”, payable at Chennai
                                       or
  In person by paying Rs.500/- at the University Office
                                       or
  By downloading from the website sriramachandra.edu.in (Enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- along with filled in application)

Application Form

• Application Form duly filled in and securely fastened with the above-mentioned enclosures may be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier Service to reach The Registrar, Sri Ramachandra University, Porur, Chennai-600116.

• The Applicant should submit the application form without folding it in an A4 size envelope.

• The University shall not be liable for any postal delay or loss in transit; the Applicants are advised to send the applications well in advance to avoid any delay in transit.
