Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Entrance Test for Post Graduate Courses in Construction Management Admission for 2018 sessions.

Courses & Eligibility Conditions

PGP ACM (2year) Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (Offered from Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Delhi NCR and Indore Campuses).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

PGP PEM (2year) Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (Offered from Pune Campus).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

PGP REUIM (2year) Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (Offered from Pune Campus).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

PGP IFDM (2year) Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (Offered from Pune Campus).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

PGP MFOCB (18-Months) Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (Offered from Pune Campus).

Eligibility

Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having the construction business. Applicants are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business.

PGP QSCM (One Year) Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (Offered from Hyderabad Campus).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

PGP HSEM (One Year) Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (Offered from Hyderabad Campus).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on the basis of merit. The merit list is drawn on the basis of performance in NCAT / CAT / GATE / GMAT / CMAT, PI and RA. Admission offer letters are issued in the order of merit.

Applicants can apply, pay fees and upload documents online through the website www.nicmar.ac.in or click on direct link: http://admission.nicmar.ac.in or download the application form from website and send duly filled application form along with the application fee and required documents.

Program Brochures and Application Form for all the Programs can be obtained from NICMAR Pune on Payment of Rs.1900/- for One Program or Rs.2500/- for more than One Program by Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “NICMAR Pune”.

Date of Declaration of Admission Results: 26^th Apr, 2018
Last Date for Payment of Tuition fees (First installment): 18^th May, 2018
Date of Commencement of Programs: All Programs will commence from 16^th Jul, 2018 while MFOCB & CSCDM Programs will commence from 25^th Jun, 2018
