CMC Vellore MS Bioengineering Admission 2018 Notification

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into MS Course in Bioengineering, awarded by Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, for the academic year 2018. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science or equivalent.
• A qualifying score in GATE is required. 

• Students interact closely with clinical and basic science departments in CMC, Vellore, to formulate a research problem. 

Application Form

• Applicants must download the application form from link http://home.cmcvellore.ac.in 

• Filled in applications are to be enclosed with Rs.1250/- (Application & Registration Fees Rs.1250/-) by demand draft (DD) in favour of “CMC Vellore Association A/c” payable at “Vellore” and send the completed form to The Registrar, Christian Medical College, Bagayam, Vellore-632002. 

• Applicants applying from SAARC countries must send Rs.2500/- or its equivalent and those from other foreign countries US dollars 100 or its equivalent. 

Payment methods:

• As a challan at no extra cost at any branch of ICICI bank in India. Please mention ‘FC – CMC – V’ on the challan
• Demand draft (DD) in favour of CMC Vellore Association a/c on any scheduled bank, payable in Vellore.

• The MS Bioengineering degree at CMC, Vellore is awarded by Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum (an Institute of National Importance, Govt of India).

• Selected applicants are eligible to receive a stipend as post-graduates at CMC Vellore.
