Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) Faridkot Invites Applications for Admission into PGET 2018 for MD/MS/MDS/PG Diploma Courses

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS Courses on the basis of NEET PG for 2018 sessions.

Eligibility Conditions 

• Applicants who have qualified PGET-2018/Special Test and eligible as per Punjab Govt. notification (incorporated in this prospectus in Part-B) and possessing basic qualifications i.e. MBBS for various Medical PG Courses and BDS for various Dental PG Courses are eligible for it. 

• Applicants cannot claim a seat/admission on the basis of the PGET-2018 rank alone. 

• A candidate who, after passing the final qualifying exam (MBBS/BDS or the foreign Medical/Dental Degree recognized by GOI/MCI/DCI), is undergoing 12-month compulsory rotatory Internship/practical training and is likely to complete the same shall be eligible for admission provided he/she completes the compulsory rotatory Internship and obtains provisional or permanent registration by 31^st Mar, 2018. 

• The Selection Committee will determine eligibility and Merit of an applicant for admission against any PG seat, strictly as per rules and regulations laid down in the Punjab Govt. Notifications as published in this prospectus and all other such documents as are required alongwith the Counselling Form. 

• No request for relaxation of compulsory rotating internship shall be accepted.

• Last Date for applying Online Admission Application Form (MDS): 01^st Apr, 2018
• Display of Provisional Merit List of applicants: 03^rd Apr, 2018
• For NRI applicants: 03^rd Apr, 2018
• Date of First Counselling: 05^th Apr, 2018 

Application Form

• Applicants will have to log on university website i.e. www.bfuhs.ac.in and read the Punjab Govt. notification and instructions as contained in the Prospectus carefully. 

• Colleges and all seats in Private Colleges on the basis of NEET PG 2018 as per procedure laid down by MCI/DCI and notified under The Punjab Private Health Sciences Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Fee and Making of Reservation) Act 2006. 

• Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, shall decide the process and schedule of counselling. The details shall be published by the BFUHS, Faridkot (www.bfuhs.ac.in). 

• The applicant shall fill online admission application form only once. Applications submitted more than once are liable to be rejected.
