Applications are invited from eligible applicants for admission into the B.Tech and B.Sc Courses at Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education & Training, Pune for 2018 sessions.
Courses Offered
- B.Tech Marine Engineering (4 years)
- B.Sc Nautical Science (3 years)
Eligibility Conditions
For B.Tech Marine Engineering (4 years) / B.Sc Nautical Science (3 years)
- 10+2 or its equivalent with: (a) at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and (b) at least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII.
Age Limit
- Applicants of less than 25 years of age, as on the 01st Aug, 2018, in the year of admission will be eligible to apply. The date of birth as recorded on the applicants School Leaving Certificate will be considered for this purpose; the upper age limit for admission relaxed for SC/ST applicants by 5 years.
Selection Procedure
- The completed application forms received in our office within the due period shall be scrutinized for the applicant’s eligibility. Only IMU CET 2018 qualified applicants are eligible.
- Eligible applicants, who qualify the entrance test, will be called for final interview followed by medical test at our campus.

All eligible applicants have to appear for a written entrance test. Admit cards for the entrance test will be mailed or posted to the eligible applicant. Also refer the Sample Paper for the MANET Entrance Test.
Application Form
- Fill the application form on website www.manetpune.edu.in
- After submission of On-Line Application Form automated mail would be sent on registered email ID with username and password. It is essential for the applicant to remember username and Password for further transactions (e.g. Printing of application form, Admit card etc).
- Print duly filled hard copy of online application form & send the same through speed post along with Bank Demand Draft (DD) (Rs.1500/- in favour of MANET, payable at Pune) should reach on or before 26th May, 2018 at the office by 04.00 pm. Please write your name and contact number on the reverse of the draft.
- Even if you do not receive our communication by post, log on our website at regular intervals and act as per the instructions therein www.manetpune.edu.in
