National Institute of Social Defence (NISD) PG Diploma Admission 2018 Notification

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the admission of One Year PG Diploma in Integrated Geriatric Care at New Delhi, being organized by NISD during 2018-19. 

No. of Seats : 25 

Eligibility Conditions

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work/Social Welfare, Anthropology, Psychology), Nursing, Home Science or related fields or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute. 

Desirable

• Preference will be given to those having certificates/ experience(s)/training of working in Age Care Organizations.

Age Limit 

• Age of the applicant must be between 21 to 35 years, in completed years as on date of advertisement. 

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be made on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in Bachelor’s degree and interview.

• The application form is available at www.nisd.gov.in. 

• It can also be collected personally from Old Age Care Division, NISD from 10 am to 5 pm on all working days. 

• Filled in application forms will have to be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement (The advertisement has come in the Employment News dated 24th – 30th March 2018).

Last Date for Submission of the filled in Application Form will be within in 30 days from the date of publication of the Advt.

The Program will tentatively commence on April 16th 2018.
