Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into the following PG courses of the academic year 2018.

M.Sc. in Computer Science with Specialization in

Eligibility Conditions
- For all Master’s Programme, minimum score of 60% marks or above or CGPA of 6.5 or above in 10 points scale in final exams are required).
M.Sc. in Information Technology
- B.Tech/B.E in any branch of Engineering/Technology or MCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics as a subject of study.
M.Sc. Computational Sciences
- B.Tech/B.E in any branch of Engineering or Technology/B.Sc. with Mathematics as a subject of study.
M.Sc. in Geographic Information System
- B.Tech/B.E in any branch of Engineering or Technology /B.Sc. with Mathematics/Geology/Geography as subjects of study.
M.Sc. in Computer Science & Information Security
- Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering/Technology or Bachelor’s degree in any branch of sciences.
M.Phil. in Ecological Informatics
- M.Sc. in Natural/Physical Sciences.
M.Phil. in Computer Science
- M.Sc./MCA/M. Tech in Computer Science/IT Technology / Electronics / Computational Sciences / Geo-informatics or equivalent having minimum of three papers in CS/IT.
Post Graduate Diploma in E-Governance
- Bachelor degree in any discipline with computer proficiency. Preference will be given to B.Tech/MBA/MCA degree holders.
Selection Procedure
- Admission to MSc programs will be based on IIITM-K Common Admission Test (ITCAT) / valid GATE score. The test comprises questions on General Knowledge, General Science, Mathematics, English and Reasoning and Fundamentals of Computer.
- M.Phil. admission will be based on IIITM-K Research Aptitude Test (ITRAT)/valid GATE or NET score.
- All the Applicants seeking admission to the various programs of IIITM-K have to apply online. The online application portal will open in the 01st week of March 2018. IIITM-K programs will be subject to the selected applicant fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria and completing all the formalities of the admission process.
- Final year students can also apply for all the courses.
