Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Ph.D Programs in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering for 2018 sessions. 

PhD (CSE & ECE) 

Research Areas: 

• CSE – Computer Science & Engineering: Next Generation Networking (Wireless Sensor Networks, IoT) Data Sciences, Security, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning. 

• ECE – Electronics & Communication Engineering: Wireless communication, Optical Communication, RF/Microwave, VLSI & Microelectronics, Embedded System, Analog and Mixed.

• Signal IC Design, Sensor-instrumentation 

Eligibility Conditions

• Master’s degree in the same discipline in which the applicant desires to pursue his/her PhD and a consistently good academic record. 

• First division or equivalent in both Bachelor and Master level degree. Additionally, applicants applying under Institute Scholar category should be GATE qualified, if they are applying for PhD in engineering discipline. 

• The equivalence of Master degree and discipline in case of the foreign degrees of foreign nationals/NRIs will be established by the PhD admission committee.

• Applications received after the due date shall not be considered. 

• The Application Fee is Rs.500/- which is to be paid strictly through SBI.
