LPU School of Law invites applications for admission into law programmes - 2018-19

LPU School of Law applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the following programmes academic session 2018-19

  • B.A., L.L.B. (Hons.) 5 Years
  • B.B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) 5 Years
  • B.Com., L.L.B. (Hons.) 5 Years
  • L.L.B. 3 Years
  • L.L.M. 1 Year

Eligibility Conditions

BA, LLB (Hons.), B.Com., LLB (Hons.), BBA, LLB (Hons.)

  • Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (any stream) with English or equivalent, subject to valid score in LPUNEST or CLAT (Up to 12500 ranks) or LSAT (Up to 60 percentile).

or

  • In case marks scored in 10+2 are 90% or above, then LPUNEST or LSAT will be exempted and the candidate may apply for admission.
  • For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
  • (5% relaxation for SC/ST Applicants)

LLB

  • Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent, subject to valid score in LPUNEST or LSAT (Up to 60 percentile).

or

  • In case marks scored in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent are 70% or above, then LPUNEST or LSAT will be exempted and the candidate may apply for admission.
  • (5% relaxation for SC/ST Applicants).

LLM

  • Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in LPUNEST

Admission Criteria

  • Merit prepared with 70% weightage to LPUNEST (LL.M.) and rest 30% will be equally distributed on the basis of work experience, publications and statement of purpose.
