XLRI VIL invites applications for admission in following Programmes:

Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management - PGCBM
Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management - PGCHRM
Executive Development Programme in Labour Laws for Managers - EDPLLM (Batch 02)

Eligibility Conditions

Executive Development Programme in Labour Laws for Managers - EDPLLM (Batch 02)

For Indian Participants - Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with two years of Professional Experience.
For International Participants - Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country with two years of Professional Experience.
For Indian and International Participants - Interns or Working professionals.

Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management - PGCBM
Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management - PGCHRM

Applicants need to have a minimum work experience of three years (as of October 2018) after completion of graduation (in 10+2+3 format) or equivalent to be eligible for admission.

Online Application - Candidates are expected to submit only Online Application Forms to get admission into the Postgraduate Certificate course of the VIL programme offered by XLRI Jamshedpur. Hard copy submissions of the application forms are not required. It's only at the time of the interview that the candidates would be expected to carry a hard copy of the application form to their respective interview centres, for submissions.
Registration - To apply for the course PGC BM/HRM, candidates are requested to register by clicking on Apply for Registration.
Application Fees - Post registering successfully, candidates are expected to make an online payment of Rs 2500/- plus GST, which is non-refundable.
SOP (Statement of Purpose) - On paying the application fees, the candidates are then expected to fill in the online SOP with the help of their XSAT ID and password, which they will receive through an e-mail.
Last date to apply - The last date for Online registration is on the 16th November '18

Note: - Any application with incomplete information (e.g. lack of photographs, SOP, educational details or work experience details) will not be eligible for further processing. Hence your application will stand cancelled.

Executive Development Programme in Labour Laws for Managers - EDPLLM (Batch 02)

Online Application - Candidates are expected to submit Online Application Forms along with the admission fee of Rs. 20,000 /- + Tax to get themselves registered for the e-MDP Programs offered by XLRI Jamshedpur in association with UCS.
Registration - Candidates are requested to register by clicking on the Register button.
Payment - Online applicants may use their "Login ID" and "Password" to make their payment online.

Note: - Any application with incomplete information (eg: without photograph, educational details and details related to your work experience etc.) will not be accepted.
